Victory of 0–2 years electrical work experience (industrial or commercial preferred)
Completion of a post-high school electrical, maintenance technician, or automation and controls program may be considered in lieu of experience
Basic understanding of VFDs, PLCs, controls, and soft starts
Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
Proficient with power tools (drills, saws, wrenches, sockets, etc.)
Physically capable of standing, kneeling, climbing, and lifting throughout the day
Comfortable working at heights and wearing PPE (gloves, safety glasses, harnesses, etc.)
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Basic computer literacy (email, reporting, online training)
Willingness to travel up to 25% (with per diem provided)
Must be able to commute or relocate to mid-Missouri prior to start
