At least 2 years of leadership or foreman-level experience preferred
Experience operating total station surveying equipment
High School Diploma or GED
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift up to 100 lbs
Strong knowledge of formwork, reinforcement, placement, finishing, and curing processes
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
