Food Runner
Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient service in a fast-paced, high-standards environment
Deliver food from the kitchen to guests quickly, accurately, and with care
Verify orders before leaving the kitchen to ensure accuracy and presentation
Communicate with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff regarding orders, delays, or special requests
Assist with table maintenance, including clearing plates and resetting tables as needed
Support servers and bartenders during busy service periods to ensure timely guest service
Assist with takeout orders, guest requests, and front-of-house support as needed
Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
Communicate effectively with servers, bar, kitchen, support staff and management to ensure smooth service
Uphold Harvest's brand, service standards, hospitality culture and policies
Assist with opening and closing duties and other side work
Perform additional duties as needed to support restaurant operations
