Assume responsibilities in purchasing raw materials, components, and supplies needed for production
Monitor inventory levels and help maintain adequate stock
Support production planning by reviewing schedules and material requirements
Create and process purchase orders
Communicate with suppliers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and any shortages
Track open orders and follow up on late deliveries
Maintain accurate purchasing and inventory records in the ERP/MRP system
Work with production, warehouse, and quality teams to resolve material-related issues
Analyze inventory data and identify opportunities to improve material flow and reduce shortages
Perform other supply chain and purchasing duties as assigned
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Experience with ERP/MRP systems is a plus but not required

Bachelor's degree.
