Strong visual acuity including close, distance, and color vision
Load and unload reflow ovens
Analyze and interpret production data (Fuji-tracks)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Configure feeders and load machine programs; perform minor edits
Ability to load, print, and unload screen printers and paste inspection equipment
Level I – SMT Operator (Entry Level) Experience: 0–3 years
Level III – SMT Operator (Advanced)
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
Strong problem-solving ability
Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
Perform hand placement of complex components
IPC 610 Certification preferred
Demonstrate basic knowledge of feeders
Level II – SMT Operator (Intermediate) Experience: 1–5 years
SMT Operator
Load stencils and monitor solder paste
Component identification training required
Frequent standing, walking, and use of hands
Ability to work under time constraints and adapt to changing priorities
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Ability to interpret written, verbal, and diagram-based instructions
Maintain proper oven profiles
Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently or on a team
Manage SMT inventory for active jobs
Operate pick-and-place machines
Lead setup and teardown of complex assemblies
Basic computer skills; experience with Aegis or similar systems preferred
Provide advanced training and technical support on complex builds
