1 to 3 months of experience or training OR
Knowledge of English language rules, spelling, and grammar for reading instructions
Color vision and near-sight acuity for sorting accuracy
Must pass appropriate testing to advance in the ABC program
Ability to maintain focus during repetitive inspection tasks
Familiarity with production processes and quality standards
Able to read and comprehend work orders and technical documents
Excellent hand-eye coordination and finger dexterity
Occasional bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and reaching
Active listening and communication to follow detailed instructions
Understanding of machines and tools used in basic assembly
Proficient in using hand tools and positioning small parts
The candidate must be able to legally work in the United States; we are unable to provide sponsorship
Constant lifting of 0-20 lbs; occasional up to 40 lbs; rare up to 50 lbs
High School Diploma or equivalent
PPE includes safety glasses, nitrile and heat-resistant gloves as needed
An equivalent combination of education and experience
Attention to detail for consistent quality during repetitive tasks
Weekend shift (Saturday-Monday 7:00am-7:30pm)
Position requires candidate to be a U.S. person as defined in ITAR, 22 CFR 120.15 (U.S. Citizenship or Resident Alien Status) and defined by 8 U.S.C. 1101(a) (20)
