High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years' experience or trade school and a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
Must have a solid understanding and working knowledge of RF test equipment such as Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, RF generators, digital oscilloscopes, frequency meters and Power meters.
Must have solid understanding of analog and digital troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read schematic diagrams and other engineering documentation required.
Good soldering techniques and able to do solder rework using a microscope.
IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, IPC/WHMA-A-620 certifications desired.
Previous experience with LabView and ability to write ATE programs to control Test equipment and receivers a huge plus.
This individual must be hands-on, decisive, and able to get things done in a small company environment
Team-oriented attitude.
ESD Awareness.
Must be able to pass a preemployment drug screening and background check.
