Ability to lift 10-50 lbs.
High school diploma or GED, plus 1-2 years of manufacturing experience (or equivalent).
Versatility to perform varied motor assembly and soldering operations manually.
Experience with calibrated tools like calipers, torque wrenches, oscilloscopes and gauges.
Stand or sit for up to 8 hours.
Visual acuity for reading blueprints
Strong dexterity for handling small parts
