Possess excellent manual dexterity, manufacturing knowledge. Experience with small parts, small hand tools, equipment, and microscope - required
Ability to read and work from engineer drawings, work instructions and bills of material to understand the required parts and steps needed to complete the assigned assembly - required
Possess a solid, quality minded work ethic and a strong attention to detail with a strong desire for precision and accuracy when executing job duties. - required
Knowledge of Foreign Object Debris (FOD control.) - required
High School Diploma and basic computer skills are a necessity - required
A minimum of 2- 3 years of experience in a manufacturing assembly, production environment, or cleanroom experience is essential - required
