Collaborate with Engineering Team: Work closely with engineers to understand design specifications, optimizing programs for manufacturability and production efficiency
Conduct Simulations: Perform simulations and testing of CNC programs to ensure accuracy and performance prior to production implementation
Document Programming Processes: Maintain detailed records of all programming activities, including revisions, updates, and best practices
Support Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in initiatives to enhance programming efficiency and product quality, offering insights based on industry trends
Train Production Staff: Provide guidance and training to production floor personnel on CNC programs, setups, and fixtures, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing
Engage in Meetings and Training: Participate in departmental meetings and complete necessary training to promote personal and team development
