- Must be a US citizen or permanent legal resident
- Minimum high school diploma or GED
- 2-3 years of experience in SMT assembly inspection and rework
- The ability to read drawings and use measuring tools
- Must be punctual and have good attendance
- Must be able to work efficiently and work well in a team environment
- In-process and final inspections of SMT PCB assemblies
- Knowledge of IPC-610
- Ability to perform precision soldering repairs to meet IPC standards and customer specifications
- Must have experience in quality expectations and the processes by which to implement them
- Immediately notifying the lead in the event that any equipment is malfunctioning
- Performing all required preventative maintenance and maintenance for the machine's operation and documents per our “Good Documentation Practices Procedure” on the proper logs
- Maintain a clean work area
- Willingness to cross-train into different departments
- Associate will be required to take all appropriate training classes as required
