Knowledge of the construction process and the relationships, the project management process, and construction contracting.
Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and general requirements.
Identify issues and express the impact they may have on the overall process.
Experience working on complex construction site(s).
Experience working with contractors, sub-contractors, and consultants to achieve the completion of projects that meet client expectations.
Receptive to working 3rd shift and weekends when needed.

Must have box truck driving experience
Must be at least 21 years old and legally authorized to work in the US
Must have a valid Florida driver's license
Must be a Florida resident
Must complete pre employment screening & verification; including, but not limited to, motor vehicle records check, references, etc.
Successful completion of a DOT physical (for DOT drivers only)
Must be able to maneuver boxes weighing up to 300 pounds (team lift) & moving dolly
Follow a mapped delivery route, track and report working hours and breaks at appropriate times, adhere to all safety policies, obey all applicable traffic laws, and drive in accordance with all weather and conditions
Must have open availability. Meaning you must be able to work any schedule, 7 days a week, including weekends
