Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 5 years of progressive quality experience in a similar manufacturing or assembly environment; prior experience in automotive, heavy industrial, or related sectors preferred
Demonstrated experience with quality systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or equivalent)
Strong knowledge of root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action processes (8D, 5 Whys, FMEA, etc.)
Proven ability to develop and implement quality metrics and controls
Experience leading audits and managing customer interactions related to quality
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work on-site full time at the Groeneveld-BEKA Dayton facility

Ability to travel 50-75% of the year (local & non-local) and/or work catastrophe duty when needed.
