High School Diploma required.
Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in maintenance, building operations, housekeeping, or a related field.
Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, structural repairs, HVAC systems, and general maintenance practices.
Familiarity with applicable regulations, safety standards, and proper handling of biohazardous waste.
Ability to exercise sound judgment and report unusual conditions to the Executive Director.
Valid Driver's License required.
May be required to operate a Hoyer Lift.
Ability to bend, reach, stand for extended periods, and lift/push/pull up to 60 lbs.
Must be available to work weekends, holidays, alternate shifts, and occasional extended hours.
May be exposed to infectious diseases, biohazardous materials, varying environmental conditions, and challenging resident behaviors.
Successful completion of background, criminal, and drug screening required; subject to random drug testing during employment.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
Experience with SAP is a plus
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
