Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Experience leading, training and managing a team and is a leader who develops and motivates a team to exceed the expectations of clients and customers in service delivery;
Customer service and/or guest satisfaction in a hospital environment;
Strong leadership skills and has the ability to work independently to drive program;
Experience effectively managing projects within agreed upon timelines;
Proficiency with computers and other technology;
Ability to work, Monday through Friday, 10:00pm - 6:30am, with a rotating weekend schedule and some holidays.

Min Bachelor's degree with emphasis in Mechanical, Industrial, or related field, in lieu of degree 15+ years of Industrial Maintenance work experience.
Leading and coaching skills, especially development and effective delegation.
Broad background in manufacturing capital equipment maintenance and facilities maintenance and upkeep.
Demonstration of ability to work within a team environment, both as a leader and as a participant.
Experience working with people of various levels and backgrounds, specifically with maintenance technicians.
Experience managing complex projects, such as capital equipment installation or refurbishment, facility renovation, utility system overhaul.
Understanding of safety system and program maintenance and upkeep.
Exposure to regulatory and environmental compliance activities.
Computer proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint).
