Proficiency in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLCs
Strong understanding of maintenance tools and equipment, including multimeters, oscilloscopes, and diagnostic software
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Good communication skills to work effectively within a team
The position may require standing for long periods and lifting heavy objects
Flexibility to work in shifts, overtime, and during emergencies, as required
Exposure to a manufacturing environment, including machinery noise, heat, and equipment operation

Lift and stack subassemblies and parts (up to 35 lbs. solo; team lift up to 60 lbs.).
Standing for extended periods, repetitive motions, lifting/carrying up to 35 pounds, pushing/pulling up to 50 pounds and up to 30 pounds sustained, bending, kneeling, climbing, or using tools and equipment.
