Customer centric attitude
Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field (commensurate experience considered)
Expert user of SAP, Excel, Access and Power Point
Minimum 4 years of account management, project management, executive support or high-end retail support required
Proficient with Word, Outlook and Live Meeting
Comfortability reporting into Oak Brook, IL at minimum 4 days a week
Ability to work under tight deadlines, manage simultaneously occurring tasks and shifting priorities

Current State of Illinois e.g. Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Professional Counselor
A minimum of one year of previous assessment experience
Current CPR Certification issued by either American Heart Association or Red Cross within 90 days of employment
CPI certification is required within 90 days of employment
A high level of communication skills is required in order interact effectively with others in very difficult situations
If the incumbent uses their personal vehicle, the incumbent must maintain automobile liability coverage as required by law and evidence of such coverage may be requested
Master's Degree or a higher in a behavioral health field
Current State of Illinois driver's license required if the incumbent is selected to perform related duties at an alternate location
LPC, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Profession Counselor (LCPC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Knowledge of DSM5 (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders) diagnostic criteria, ICD10 and interqual standards
