Min Bachelor's degree with emphasis in Mechanical, Industrial, or related field, in lieu of degree 15+ years of Industrial Maintenance work experience.
Leading and coaching skills, especially development and effective delegation.
Broad background in manufacturing capital equipment maintenance and facilities maintenance and upkeep.
Demonstration of ability to work within a team environment, both as a leader and as a participant.
Experience working with people of various levels and backgrounds, specifically with maintenance technicians.
Experience managing complex projects, such as capital equipment installation or refurbishment, facility renovation, utility system overhaul.
Understanding of safety system and program maintenance and upkeep.
Exposure to regulatory and environmental compliance activities.
Computer proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint).
