Commercial Construction Manager

Minimum 3 years of relevant commercial construction management experience.
Demonstrated experience managing commercial construction project schedules.
Demonstrated experience with project budgets/cost control and subcontractor management.
Experience managing or maintaining oversight across multiple active construction projects or job sites.
Strong working knowledge of commercial construction processes and field operations.
Ability to travel between active project sites within the assigned market, with approximately 10% overnight travel.

Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in structural steel or pre-engineered metal building erection.
Significant experience leading steel erection crews, superintendents, and field operations across multiple sites.
Deep knowledge of PEMB erection procedures, structural framing, panel systems, sequencing, and constructability.
Proven capability to analyze erection drawings, structural blue prints, specifications, and project schedules.
Demonstrated experience coordinating cranes, heavy rigging operations, and field equipment logistics.
Valid OSHA 30 or ability to obtain
Valid driver's license with the ability to visit active jobsites regularly.
