2 years of Maintenance experience in an Industrial/manufacturing setting.
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Previous experience in textile manufacturing or machine operations preferred
Knowledge of warp tying or weaving processes is a plus
Ability to learn and perform knotting techniques accurately
Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and efficiency
Ability to follow instructions, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures
Dependable team player with strong communication skills
Ability to lift, push, and move beams and materials as required for production
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
Ability to operate or learn to operate a motorized warp truck
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with noise, moving equipment, and exposure to materials such as yarn and lint
Follow all safety procedures, including use of required personal protective equipment such as earplugs and safety goggles
Report unsafe conditions, incidents, or equipment issues to the supervisor immediately
