Demonstrated experience leading Customer Success teams and driving performance through data, metrics, and operational processes.
Proven track record of managing and scaling Customer Success teams to deliver measurable outcomes across retention, adoption, and expansion.
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable for performance.
Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills combined with a data-first approach to customer engagement.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer usage data, dashboards, and CRM insights to inform strategy.
Commercial acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth through customer engagement and expansion opportunities.
Experience working with CRM platforms, analytics tools, and dashboards (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
Technical aptitude with the ability to understand UVeye's AI-driven technology and integrate it into dealership operational workflows.
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations teams.
Knowledge of the automotive industry or dealership operations is highly preferred.
