Prior experience in mechanical assembly or fabrication in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and layout diagrams.
Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments, and basic shop equipment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced production environment.
Willingness to follow all safety guidelines and wear required personal protective equipment.
This position may require standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and using tools or equipment that require manual dexterity.
Exposure to noise, sharp tools, and metal components in a manufacturing setting.
