Ability to supervise and motivate others
Ability to work in a fast paced, high pressure environment
Effective written and oral communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism or related field or comparable television work experience
Broadcast Network and Master Control, or Equivalent Production or Technical focus - 4+
Supervisory or leadership experience - 1+
