Executive Assessment Lead

A Bachelor of Science in Business and Management, preferrably in Occupational/Industrial Psychology.
Minimum 9 years' experience in the field
Five of which should be in the specialized field.
Experience as an assessment specialist commensurate with the responsibilities of the role, gained either within a large commercial organization as an in-house specialist or as a consultant.
Proven ability to implement assessment solutions/models for large multinational companies that operate with a portfolio of companies, with experience in adapting assessment frameworks to meet the unique needs of diverse business units and geographies.
Significant experience working with senior leadership levels, including Directors, Vice Presidents, and C-suite executives, as well as experience with board-level assessments.
Expertise in succession management and leadership development, possessing a strong understanding of how executives develop and successfully transition into senior roles.
Understanding of in-house/proprietary leadership competency models for appropriate assessments of potential, readiness, and development.
Fluent in evaluation and research methodology and theory; descriptive and inferential statistical analysis procedures and interpretation; and in-depth psychometric aspects of testing.
Ability to excel in a collaborative yet challenging work environment with the capability to influence and demonstrate business impact through assessments.
