Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA preferred
10+ years of relevant experience in accounting or auditing roles
Hands-on experience with SEC reporting for a publicly traded company
Background in public accounting (Big 4 strongly preferred) or similar technical environment
Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting requirements
Demonstrated ability to write clearly and effectively on technical accounting topics
Experience working with ERP platforms and financial reporting systems
Ability to lead projects and influence stakeholders across multiple functions
Experience supporting global operations or working in a multinational setting
