Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the fire protection industry or related sectors (fire alarms, sprinklers, safety systems).
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong knowledge of Sprinkler Systems, building codes, and fire safety regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; design software a plus
NICET certification in fire protection, or equivalent.

Provide general administrative support to the EVP + COO, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, arranging travel, processing expenses, handling documents and files, coordinating meetings and events, and managing basic office and technology needs
Screen and direct all communications for manager
Perform general administrative duties for Managing SVP-Asset Management & Chief Business Officer
Prepares quarterly Board materials and presentations, gathers information from internal teams, and supports Sr. EA to CEO with research and requests as needed
Handles budget and cost management tasks including: processing invoices and requisitions, coordinating payments, overseeing AP workflows, and managing budgets for the COO and Managing SVP-Asset Management & Chief Business Officer
