Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance and repair of heavy-duty, automotive, or transit equipment.
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
Working knowledge of diesel and/or alternative fuel systems, transmissions, air brake systems, and driveline components.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
Experience using computerized diagnostic equipment and maintenance software systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to train and mentor employees.
