Calendar & Meeting Management: Managing complex Google Calendars by vetting, prioritizing, and making judgment calls based on rapidly shifting priorities
Travel & Logistics: Coordinating detailed domestic travel arrangements
Operational Support: Processing expenses, managing team meetings, and overseeing team morale budgets with high attention to detail
Problem Solving: Resolving administrative issues before they arise and taking ownership of ambiguous tasks with little oversight
Proficiency in Google Calendar and experience navigating complex, matrixed organizations
Discretion: Proven ability to handle confidential and non-routine information with the utmost integrity
Adaptability: The ability to deliver quickly across time zones and remain calm under pressure
Communication Skills: Strong communication skills and ability to interact with internal and external partners. Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Hybrid- Monday - Friday; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay: $48.46
