Must be over 18 years of age
Must be able to obtain a food safety certification
Must qualify for and maintain correctional facility security clearance
Ability to motivate and supervise inmates and/or team members to attain quality and quantity of food production in a correctional work environment
Must be able to work independently with limited supervision
Ability to exercise good judgment and tact
Must be able to follow basic safety procedures and policies
This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing
This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent work experience is required
7+ years relevant experience in project and operational leadership, which includes experience evaluating, planning and implementing organizational changes and/or improvements
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels within the organization; strong communication skills (written, verbal, and visual)
Strong leadership skills
Demonstrated ability to create, prepare, and present reports
Ability to effectively lead project teams, provide direction, guidance plus mentorship, as needed
