Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Ability to perform physical duties required for greenhouse operations in controlled-environment conditions, including standing and walking for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks

Experience with data collection, recordkeeping, and documentation in a protocol-driven or regulated environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Ability to work independently and effectively in minimally supervised settings
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures and protocols accurately
Experience in plant care activities (watering, fertilizing, scouting, etc.) and greenhouse maintenance
Knowledge of HSE guidelines and safety practices
Must provide occasional weekend and holiday coverage to support critical plant care operations
