Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; technical background preferred
5–8+ years of export control experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in aerospace, defense, or advanced materials
Strong knowledge of ITAR, EAR, and global trade compliance frameworks, including dual-use regulations
Experience managing export compliance across multiple regions (U.S. and UK/EU preferred)
Proven ability to collaborate across international teams and functions
Experience with export licensing, classification, and regulatory interpretation
Strong communication and training capabilities
Experience with compliance audits, investigations, and corrective actions
U.S. Citizenship (as required for regulatory compliance)

Location: Gastonia, NC
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 3:50 PM
Pay: $19–$20 per hour
Safely operate forklifts to transport raw materials, work-in-process inventory, and finished products throughout the facility
Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments efficiently and accurately
Verify incoming and outgoing materials against shipping documentation
Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and material tracking
Inspect materials and finished products for quality, damage, and accuracy
Maintain organized warehouse, staging, and storage areas
Support production operations with material movement and general labor tasks as needed
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
Communicate effectively with production, warehouse, and leadership teams to ensure smooth daily operations
Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
Team player willing to assist wherever needed to support production goals
