No more than a combination of 3 qualifications below: No more than 2 at fault accidents in the previous 3 years and No more than 2 moving violations in the previous 3 years
An acceptable PSP report; Combination of 4 or more violations, inspections, or warnings MUST be reviewed and approved by safety
No speeding convictions of 15 mph or more over the posted speed limit in the previous 3 years
