Demonstrate the ability to work with measuring devices such as tape measures, speed squares, framing squares.
Must be able to read, write and follow instructions, as well as perform basic math.

Ability to adapt to a fast pace environment.
Ability to ascend and descend vertical work ladders, stand and walk for 10+ hours, work at heights, work in hot or cold environments, work in confined spaces and lift loads of approximately 50 pounds; Be able to lift, push, pull, perform repetitive movements, or occasionally carry heavy objects.
Ability to bend, stoop or climb as necessary to perform required inspections.
Time management and good communication skills are required.
Vision abilities required are close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception ability to adjust focus.
