Must be able to operate the following equipment: drill press, kick press, power press, grinding equipment, and test equipment
Computer literacy required
Good dexterity, basic math skills, and the ability to read & write English competently
Must be able to follow instructions and read assembly drawings
Must be willing and able to work cooperatively as well as independently, with minimum supervision
Team Members in this position must be a U.S. Person, as defined by U.S. export control laws.
Team Members are required to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
This position requires personal protective equipment on the shop floor where safety glasses and composite toe safety shoes are required by all.
Which may require enrollment and compliance with the company's hearing conservation program.
It may work with toxic or caustic chemicals
While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, bend, squat, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear.
The Team Member must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
The Team Member must occasionally climb up to 10 steps and/or 9' high on a ladder
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
