Strong understanding of machining, sheet metal fabrication, tooling, and manufacturing engineering principles.
Proficiency in CAD tools such as AutoCAD and Creo.
Fundamental understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T;), with the ability to apply principles and provide guidance and feedback.
Ability to analyze manufacturing data and translate requirements into effective engineering solutions.
Working knowledge of project management fundamentals and cross-functional collaboration.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
Attention to detail with ability to create and maintain technical documentation.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
