Must be able to work independently or lead a small team
Self-motivated, able to work unsupervised for long periods of time, and manage changing workloads, priorities, and direction
Fill a project management role and develop good relationships with customers
Must be able to manage large projects from start to finish
Be able to mentor a Fabricator I
Must have fork truck driving experience
Must provide own set of tools
Occasional travel is required among other Wisconsin locations
Welding mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum using MIG and TIG welding processes
Require structural welding certification
Ability to operate a CNC press brake, a manual press brake, and other hand tools
Must be able to read blueprints with weld symbols
Use simple inspection tools, i.e., ruler, micrometer, caliper, protractor, and wire gauges
Must be able to identify and verify various steel types, shapes, and gauges
Must be able to do complex layout and fit-up of parts and assemblies from prints or sketches
Comply with Quad's safety rules, policies, and procedures
Successfully complete all required safety and environmental training to perform the job safely
Perform in a project management leadership role and lead a crew
