High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus six months of retail sales, hospitality, food or customer service experience.
Required to be 21 years of age or older.
Required to work weekends and a flexible schedule as needed.
Required to lift and move product weighing at least 50 pounds.
Strong knowledge of Computer and software proficiency.
Candidate is required to have a valid driver's license, a safe driving record and reliable vehicle (if applicable) at the time of hire. This position will undergo a motor vehicle check (MVR) to confirm a history of safe and responsible driving.
If needed, candidate must obtain the appropriate state driver's license based on the position's location within 30 days of hire.
Excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills, especially attention to detail.
Skilled in communication, presentation, sales and customer service.
Experience executing tasks that required attention to detail and accuracy.
Adhere to brand standards in product discussion with guests and to tour and tasting procedures per policy or as directed by a Supervisor or Lead Host.
Complete STAR training and follow responsibility practices without exception.
You will be expected to live within a commutable distance.
