Field Maintenance Technician

Minimum of four (4) years of recent, verifiable experience in residential home maintenance, remodeling, and repair required.
Strong knowledge of residential home systems, appliances, and general property care.
Strong ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality, presentation, and luxury standards.
Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing daily schedules.
Comfortable using mobile devices and work order or property management software.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Reliable, insured personal vehicle required to report to work and travel between assigned properties as needed.
Must possess and maintain the personal tools necessary to perform assigned job duties.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, bend, kneel, crawl, and perform physical work throughout the day.
Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules as business needs require.
Must maintain dependable attendance and punctuality, as this position plays a critical role in daily field operations and guest satisfaction.
Must be willing to work overtime when necessary to support property operations, guest needs, emergency situations, and business demands.
