3-5 years of facilities and equipment maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
Knowledge of HVAC/AHU systems, automation, and environmental controls
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, technical manuals, and mechanical drawings
Strong mechanical, electrical, and electronic troubleshooting skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
