Advanced computer skills and industry specific technology to coordinate and help respond to resident/management requests for the property.
Regularly performs manual, task-oriented work independently and prioritize tasks.
Assigning tasks to large team.

Type II-HAVC
Certified Pool Operator
Required to provide own (industry specific) hand tools.
Lifting up to 50 pounds.
Full range of motion with upper and lower body. Continuous movement, including, but not limited to, standing, walking, bending, stooping, crawling, and climbing stairs.
Ability to work with both hands for frequent grasping and manipulation.
Push or pull items and reach overhead.
Operation of a motor vehicle onsite, if applicable.
Exposure to all weather conditions.
Monday-Friday (work schedule may vary). Some overtime may be required, and the ability to work extended hours, including “on-call” and/or participate in a rotating “on-call” schedule as needed to meet business needs.
