A minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience
Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
Some experience with operations manufacturing equipment including large chamber vacuum systems, CNC equipment, control systems, and shakers
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
Physically able to perform the duties required, including lifting heavy objects, climbing ladders, and working in various environmental conditions
Ability to obtain a secret security clearance

Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in facility management, property management, or building operations
Strong understanding of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety, and building automation systems
Proven experience managing budgets, financial reporting, and cost control initiatives in a facility management environment
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple vendors, contractors, and service providers while ensuring quality and compliance
Excellent leadership and team management skills with experience supervising and developing direct reports
Strong client relationship management abilities with a track record of delivering exceptional customer service
Proficiency with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of OSHA regulations, building codes, environmental compliance requirements, and industry best practices
