Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts
Ability to operate drills, grinders, and other maintenance shop tools
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and through email
Willingness and ability to travel between plants or obtain parts as needed
Ability to reach, climb, bend, kneel, crouch, twist, and work in awkward or tight spaces
High school diploma or GED, or equivalent work experience
Knowledge of basic shop tools including grinders, mag drill, hammer drill, and micrometers
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Flexibility to rotate between day and night shifts
Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
