Minimum of 5 years of electrical experience, with a heavy focus on commercial or industrial environments.
Proven ability to lead crews and assign tasks effectively to meet demanding project deadlines.
Strong technical proficiency in reading and interpreting both digital and print electrical diagrams.
Deep knowledge of NEC and local code requirements for commercial and industrial installations.
Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work comfortably on ladders, lifts, and in confined spaces.
Willingness to travel up to support local and regional project assignments as needed.
