Prior experience operating high-speed inserters or similar machinery is preferred
Ability to read and interpret job orders, production schedules, and quality specifications
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working at a fast pace
Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot equipment issues
Good organizational and time management skills to meet production deadlines
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, following instructions and guidelines
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
Flexibility to work overtime if necessary
