Work outdoors for extended periods in any season and inclement weather.

Basic mechanical aptitude with an interest in learning hands-on technical skills
High School Diploma or GED required
Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
Ability to learn how to read and understand blueprints, submittals, and product or operational manuals.
Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications software/systems, programs, schematics, and operational product manuals.
Comfortable using smartphones and basic mobile applications (iPhone)
Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, carrying, and moving tools, equipment, and materials weighing up to 50–70 lbs
