Prior experience (multiple years) in facilities Management.
Knowledge of building systems (HVAC/plumbing/electrical/construction/etc), codes and regulations is required.
Education: Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; 5 to 8 years of directly related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Perform with a high level of professionalism at all times; must possess tact, patience, and a positive attitude.
Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with employees at all levels of the organization
Must possess the ability to ensure positive interactions and build rapport with employees
Must be able to absorb information from various sources, analyze information, and make recommendations to appropriate leadership and Executive Staff.
Must demonstrate excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-up at all times
Ability to work with minimal or no supervision
This is a 24/7/365 EMS business, and you will be responsible for maintenance issues. Emergencies may require your attention by phone or in person during nights, weekends,, and holidays.
