3+ years of experience in fleet coordination, facilities management, or similar operations role
Strong working knowledge of vehicle and/or building maintenance processes
Experience managing vendors, contractors, and service providers
Familiarity with regulatory compliance (registrations, inspections, safety standards)
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and maintenance tracking systems
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Valid driver's license
Availability to support emergency or after-hours operational needs
Ability to travel occasionally (approx. 10%)

High school diploma or G.E.D. required.
Employee must have basic computer skills, and may be required to enter and verify information into written forms or database(s) as appropriate.
Average eighteen (18) months. Includes over one (1) year through two (2) years.
Requires the ability to use a variety of ordinary machine tools and precision measuring instruments.
Successful completion of Aircraft Assembly basic classes required.
Successful completion of the written and practical test for Assembler #1.
Knowledge of general riveting operations is required.
Excellent blueprint reading skills, shop math skills, and proficiency with a wide variety of precision measuring tools required.
Able to be constantly aware of security and foreign object debris hazards.
Physical requirements involve the heavy lifting, washing, and degreasing of weapons.
Must have physical ability to lift, move, adjust, etc. items weighing approximately 35 lbs. on a production basis.
Must be a qualified Assembler #2 that is knowledgeable and capable of performing all tasks and duties of an Assembler #2.
