Prior experience in hospitality, restaurant service, or customer-facing roles preferred
Strong customer service and guest-relations skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
Knowledge of POS systems (Toast POS preferred) and ability to handle phone etiquette and food order entry
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume service setting
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with front- and back-of-house teams
