Must be able to read and understand HACCP along with FDA and OSHA requirements as needed
Must be able to transfer live birds from holding zone onto shackles on a processing line
Must adhere strictly to animal care and wellbeing, safety, and food safety standards and requirements
Must follow all GMP and HACCP procedures that relate to product safety with the facility
Must support all Food Safety initiatives
Must be physically capable of working around processing plant equipment
This position requires the individual to wear and work in personal protective equipment while in the manufacturing environment
The noise level of the manufacturing environment may exceed 85 DBA and require hearing protection

Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
Prefer previous experience operating a cash register, handling cash or other forms of tender, preferably in a grocery store or retail establishment but not required.
