Experience identifying environmental, health, and safety risks and implementing corrective actions

Ability to lift up to 20+ pounds, and work on equipment at floor level
Able to bend, stretch, push, pull, and move as needed to reach, clean, and setup winders
Prolonged standing on hard surfaces during shift
Frequent bending, stooping, or kneeling to access winders, or materials
Manual dexterity and ability to handle small tools, parts, and winders with precision
Visual acuity for reading measurements, instructions, and monitoring equipment
Hearing ability to detect alarms, machinery sounds, or verbal instructions in a noisy environment
